??????? A監(jiān)測計劃的編制要求：由專人編制，生技部審核，分管副總經(jīng)理批準，計劃中要列入控制內(nèi)容、監(jiān)測點的位置、控制的指標、監(jiān)測頻次的要求、標明負責人、操作人、監(jiān)測時間等。
??????? Requirement for drawing up monitoring plan: the plan must be drawing up by a special man and certify by production and technical department, confirmed by deputy general manager. The plan must include the controlling content、monitoring place、index of controlling、 request of the frequency of the monitoring of controlling the content、 mark with principal 、operator and the monitoring time and so on.?
??????? B交底要求：由生技部經(jīng)理負責，交底內(nèi)容應(yīng)有控制的目標和指標，對操作者的具體操作要求及相關(guān)規(guī)定。
??????? Explaining requirement: The production and the technical department manager are responsible for explaining, the content should be include the goal and the index controlled ,require the other relevant regulations for operator to work.
??????? 4.2運行標準：重要環(huán)境因素或應(yīng)控制的環(huán)境因素的具體執(zhí)行標準，按《年度目標、指標環(huán)境管理方案》執(zhí)行。
??????? Operation standards: the standard of implement the important environmental factors or controlled factors, must carry out according to《yearly goal ,index environmental management plans》.
??????? 4.3當重要環(huán)境因素控制，出現(xiàn)不符合情況時，參照《糾正和預防措施控制程序》處理，企管部負責隨時檢查各部門的執(zhí)行情況。
??????? When the important environmental factor is controlled and does not accord with the currently situation , it must be dealed with according to 《correct and control the procedure with the precautionary measure》，The enterprise management department is responsible for checking the executed status of all departments.
??????? 4.4對産品開發(fā)、技術(shù)改造等專案的環(huán)境管理，應(yīng)按《不符合、環(huán)境因素識別、評價及更新控制程序》執(zhí)行。如缺乏文件指標可能會導致偏離目標和指標的，應(yīng)編制相應(yīng)的文件去進行控制。

Environmental management about product development and technical reform scheme must act according to《inconformity, environmental factor identification ,appraisal and updated controlling procedure》. If lack of documentary index,it may lead to deviation of target and index, So we should work out the corresponding file to control.
??????? 4.5對緊急情況的處理詳見《應(yīng)急準備和回應(yīng)控制程序》。
??????? To deal with the emergency conditions can be refer to 《Emergency preparation and responding control procedure》。
??????? 4.6運行控制的結(jié)果要留有監(jiān)控記錄，做爲評價其滿足方針、目標和指標的依據(jù)。
???????? The control operation result should have the monitoring record,do appraise its basis of meeting policy,goal and index.
??????? 4.7各部門應(yīng)對分管的環(huán)境因素運行控制情況進行監(jiān)測，做好《污染物監(jiān)測記錄》和《資源、能源使用監(jiān)測記錄》，企管部應(yīng)對各部門環(huán)境因素的運行控制情況每月進行一次定期檢查，進行不定期的抽查，幷作好檢查、抽查記錄，當發(fā)現(xiàn)不符合項時，及時按《不符合、糾正和預防措施控制程序》加以整改。

Every department must monitor the operation control of important environment factors and write them down in the《Pollutant monitoring record》and《the usage of resource and energy》.The enterprise management department must check the operation control condition of the? environmental factors of every dept regularly , checking irregular and write them down .When find that there is some unconformity condition ,we must improve and rectify according t《unconformity, correct and precautionary measures control the procedure》in time.
