5.3 the solution of after the analysis about the fire fighting and safety apparatus 消防設(shè)備安全檢討處置

5.3.1 if there is a need to increase the fire fighting and safety apparatus after the analysis, the stocking should be done from the eligible purveying manufacturer according to the relative regulation.

?檢討結(jié)果有增加消防安全設(shè)備需求時，須依規(guī)定尋找合格供應(yīng)廠商後，依採購相關(guān)規(guī)定進行採購。

5.3.2 if the new increasing fire fighting and safety apparatus are stocked for the first time by the factory, the factory service unit will evaluate the risk and plan the control of the insufferable risk according to the regulation of the “career safety and sanitation distinguishability and risk evaluation procedure book”.

如新增之消防安全設(shè)備為公司第一次採購時，由廠務(wù)單位依「職安衛(wèi)危害鑑別與

風(fēng)險評估作業(yè)程序書」規(guī)定進行風(fēng)險評估與不可忍受風(fēng)險控制規(guī)劃作業(yè)。

5.4 check, maintenance, and handle 檢查、維護與運用

5.4.1 the report of the check and maintenance should hand over to the eligible manufacturer of the fire fighting apparatus.

定期檢修申報作業(yè)須委託合格之消防設(shè)備商辦理。

5.4.2 to maintenance, check, and test in date.

定期保養(yǎng)、檢查、測試作業(yè)：

廠務(wù)單位依規(guī)定進行消防安全設(shè)備之定期保養(yǎng)。

實施消防設(shè)備之檢查應(yīng)包含功能及性能的測試，相關(guān)操作標(biāo)準(zhǔn)由廠務(wù)部訂定。

5.4.3 inspection in date定期巡檢

消防設(shè)備之檢查實施依規(guī)定實施定期檢查，如有異常必要時，須在規(guī)定時間內(nèi)進行維修及改善。

各區(qū)域所設(shè)置的消防設(shè)備位置，非經(jīng)廠務(wù)或安環(huán)人員許可不得擅自變更

（2）??? Do not enter the fire fighting apparatus area and operate without the permission of the people of the factory service and safety and environment.消防設(shè)備區(qū)域非經(jīng)廠務(wù)或安環(huán)人員許可不得進入及操作

（3）??? Forbidden to place the flammable things and the other none-relative equipment in the area of the fire fighting apparatus

消防設(shè)備區(qū)域內(nèi)嚴(yán)禁放置易燃物品及其他非相關(guān)設(shè)備

（4）??? Nothing can be placed before the equipment such as fire extinguisher, fire hydrant, etc.

滅火器、消防栓等區(qū)域前嚴(yán)禁任何物品阻檔其使用操作

（5）??? Nothing can be placed to hold the passage and the fire door.

嚴(yán)禁任何物品堆放阻檔通道及安全門的開啟

5.5 the drilling of meeting an emergency 應(yīng)變演練運用

5.5.1 when each department carries out a drilling, they should notify the presumable situation of the using to the factory service and environment unit and also should help to recover the apparatus after the drilling

各單位實施緊急應(yīng)變演練作業(yè)時，除將消防安全設(shè)備預(yù)計使用情形通知廠務(wù)及安環(huán)單位外，並負(fù)責(zé)於演練後將設(shè)備協(xié)助復(fù)原。

5.5.2 if some equipment needs makeup and repairing after the drilling, should notify the factory unit to finish the protection.

????? 如果演練後有設(shè)備須要補充或維修時，應(yīng)通知廠務(wù)單位完成維護作業(yè)。

?5.6 management of the abnormality 異常處理

5.6.1in the checking of the fire fighting apparatus or if someone finds the fire fighting apparatus is abnormal, he should notify the factory unit to manage. The factory unit should record the situation of the abnormality and management, and turn in the automatic check result to the safety and the environment unit with the check result so as to invest and analyze the reason for the 5.2.??

???? 實施消防設(shè)備於檢查時或人員發(fā)現(xiàn)消防設(shè)備有異常狀況時，應(yīng)通知廠務(wù)單位前往處

理，廠務(wù)單位應(yīng)將異常狀況及處理情形紀(jì)錄後，每月配合自動檢查結(jié)果通知安環(huán)管理單位。以利統(tǒng)計調(diào)查分析其原因，提供5.2分析使用。

5.6.2 if the factory unit can deal with the fire fighting apparatus, they should hand over to the outside manufacturer to help.

消防設(shè)備在廠務(wù)無法處理時得依規(guī)定委外廠商協(xié)助處理以恢復(fù)正常。
